Morning everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle with my Sportage. It's been sitting for a few weeks while I was away, and now the battery is completely dead – won't even hold a jump. I'm in Al Safa and I'm trying to find a workshop nearby that actually knows these cars, because I've been burned before by a place that just dropped a battery in without resetting the Battery Management System. I've been reading that with modern Kias, especially those with start-stop, you absolutely need to do a BMS reset or the car's charging profile stays stuck on the old battery's data and you'll be back buying another one in 18 months. I've seen a few options around – there's a garage called Azaan Auto Service in Al Quoz that seems to do Kia work, and I know Dynatrade is a trusted dealer alternative for Korean cars in Dubai. There's also a service called BatteryGuru that claims to do the full system check with a memory-saver . The thing is, I'm specifically after  Kia servicing handled by certified technicians in Al Safa  who actually have the diagnostic tools to do the proper registration, not just someone who shows up with a battery and a wrench. If anyone's had a good experience with a workshop in the area that actually did the BMS reset properly, I'd really appreciate the recommendation.
